This film is part of a long term project documenting a grant making initiative by the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. Thriving Communities gives the power of grant making in a neighborhood to the residents themselves. They get to decide what the money will be used for and who will get the funding. This short piece was in collaboration with a local pastor in the Sherman Park neighborhood to create a teaser for the project.
